  • Undertook quarterly assessments of the performance gaps and training needs of product managers, UX designers, and analysts

  • Led teams of learning designers, SMEs, and facilitators in the design and delivery of programming

  • Managed the development of a Wayfair-specific tech curriculum, resource library, set of job aids, and other online content

  • Evaluated the effectiveness of training courses and programs and implemented improvements

  • Developed a 3-day intensive onboarding program for Wayfair product managers, resulting in increased NPS and speed-to-ramp

  • Managed the Elevate Idea Incubator, a portfolio of informal and social learning programs, including lessons learned panels, roundtable discussions, product team spotlights, and others to foster connections and engagement across tech at Wayfair

  • Authored a handbook chapter on learning organizations and co-authored a chapter on assessing learning organizations with Amy and Prof. Francesca Gino for the Oxford University Press Handbook on The Learning Organization

  • Co-authored a case study on the Novartis Genesis Labs incubator program to foster silo-bridging pharma innovation

  • Edited footage from seven years of CEO presentations to the HBS Advanced Management Program (AMP), to create self-guided teaching progressions for executives on key topics in management, leadership, and more
