Needs Analysis for the Feeling Good Institute
In the Fall of 2020, I conducted a training needs analysis for the Feeling Good Institute in Mountain View, California and provided recommendations for them to revise their therapist training program and certification process.
RULER Program for Indiana Parents
In the Fall of 2020, I worked with three IU colleagues to design a module on emotion regulation skills for Indiana parents working with Child & Family Services to improve their relationships with their children.
Transforming Troubled Relationships Course
In the Spring of 2021, I designed, developed, and piloted an online course for people looking to repair damaged personal or professional relationships.
Program Evaluation for the Feeling Good Institute
In the Spring of 2021, I worked with the Feeling Good Institute again to evaluate their revised therapist training and certification program.
