Is coaching for you?

When coaching is a good fit.

Coaching requires time, trust, and a willingness to put learning into practice.

It may help if…

  • You are leading people or moving into management and want a thoughtful partner to explore leadership challenges.
  • You are willing to practice, experiment, and reflect between sessions.
  • You're making a career move, building better work habits, or working toward a learning goal and want a clear plan.
  • You are managing demanding responsibilities and want to sustain performance without burning out.
  • You want someone who will listen carefully and offer kind, direct feedback.

Coaching may not fit if…

  • You want expert analysis and recommendations. My consulting services may be a better fit.
  • You need clinical care for mental-health concerns. Therapy is the right starting point.
  • You expect an immediate solution from a single session. Coaching takes practice over weeks and months.
  • You don't have room for practice or changes to your routine right now.
  • Someone else has suggested coaching, but you aren't sure you want it yourself.

We can discuss whether coaching is appropriate for your needs.
